Returns & Exchanges

Return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
♡ In original condition
♡ Unworn and unused
♡ Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume and pet hair
♡ Returned with original packaging and tags attached

Before sending anything back, please contact us at hello@sweat-sisters.com so we can assist with the return process and provide return instructions.

Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided once your return request has been approved.
Approved returns must be sent within 14 days of return approval.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, subject to stock availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges.

Returns & Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we have supplied the incorrect item.

Refunds will only be issued for items returned in accordance with this policy.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you believe your item is faulty, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sweat-sisters.com.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, Sweat Sisters & Co. will cover all reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty:

♡ Gift cards
♡ Swimwear
♡ Underwear
♡ Accessories

Afterpay Orders

Returns and exchanges for Afterpay purchases follow the same policy outlined above.
Your payment agreement with Afterpay remains in place while your return is being processed.
