OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges if they are accepted within 30 days of purchasing goods from sweat-sisters.com.

 

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

♡ In original condition
♡ Unworn and unused
♡ In original packaging with tags still attached

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you would like to return an item please email us first at hello@sweat-sisters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is faulty we will refund you the shipping costs.

 

If you change your mind for any reason we offer exchanges on full price items only within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to request an exchange.

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY AND LAYBUY PURCHASES
