What is your return policy?

Sweat Sisters & Co. offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchasing and item. Items must be in original condition, unused and unworn, in original packaging with tags still attached.

I haven’t received a tracking number

We ship orders within 1-2 business days so please allow this time to receive a tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number after this time please contact us.
 

My order hasn’t arrived, where is it?

If your item hasn’t arrived after 5-7 business days - New Zealand, 14 business days - Australia and 30 business days - Rest of the World, please contact us.
Once your item has been shipped it is in the hands of the courier company. We don’t have control on how long it will take as they may be experiencing high volumes and delays.
 

Are custom taxes and duties included in shipping?

Sweat Sisters & Co. is no responsible for any custom duties and taxes. For more information please refer to our SHIPPING page.
 

An item was missing from my order, what do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receiving your package) and we will send the missing item to you. We cannot send a missing item if it has been more than 14 days since you received your package.
 

How do I find my size?

To find your perfect fit head over to our SIZE GUIDE. Please note our size guide is just a guideline in helping you find your perfect fit. At the end of the day it comes down to personal preference.
